Crystal decided to alter an 8X10 artist stretched canvas for today's project. She used the distress techniques of lots of ink, paper crumpling, and distressing/tearing the edges of her photos and accents. Even the canvas is distressed. She first painted it brown, removed some paint with a textured cloth, added some silver, scraped some away with a nail file and the ran the same nail file around all edges of the canvas for some more definition.
Crystal... this canvas is beautiful! What a lovely father/daughter photo!! You rocked the distressing challenge!!
