Stamping Boutique and 2 Sketches 4 you!

It is Monday that means it is time for a new challenge at 2 Sketches 4 You and Stamping Boutique is the sponsor this week. We were given a sketch and allowed to use any Stamping Boutique image we wished. This is my first "official" design team work for The Stamping Boutique. I had a lot of fun with this patriotic image. I sized and printed on white card stock, then flocked the main part, colored the beak orange and cut him out. I wanted a very distressed but still patriotic card. What do you think?

This card was made using the Eagle image from Stamping Boutique. I used all scraps on my card. I distressed the edges using my Heidi Swapp edge distresser. The blue Cordenations card stock is embossed using the Provo Craft Cuttlebug Stars folder and then sanded using my Tim Holtz sander. The eagle is flocked white. The "thanks" sentiment came from a magnetic Making Memories sentiment stamp set. All paper were scraps I had already. Thanks for looking!
