When you've done this on all the blogs, go to the ScrapbookPal.com blog, leave a comment stating that you have completed the hop. You have until 11:59 PM MST on Sunday December 5th to participate and get your name in the drawing to win a Cricut cartridge of your choice from ScrapbookPal.com. You can also become a follower of each of the designer's blogs but it is not a requirement to win. Here is the whole list in case you get lost. Scrapbookpal.com sent me the awesome GINGERBREAD cart to play with this month. It is the only one that I really liked out of the last releases so WOOHOOO! For this project I used Learning Curve and Gingerbread cricut carts!
Ingredients:
Countdown to Christmas paper
DCWV Christmas paper
White card stock
Kraft card stock
White doodling pen
green and red rhinestones
Misc ribbon
1.75 and 1.5 circle punches
tiny letters
MS PATP cherish for the journal tag (a good friend made it for me!)
Sizzix plaid embossing folder
White puffy paint

Instructions:
1. Using Kraft card stock as your base cover with various pattern paper blocks.
2. Adhere ribbon across where blocks meet.
3. Make, ink, and adhere three photo blocks sizes 4X6 and 2 4X4.
4. Attach ribbon to all photo mats
5. Using Cricut Expression and 12X12 mat cut four gingerbread people at 2 inches.
6. Cut gingerbread house at 3 inches
7. Doodle all lines on people with white pen, add rhinestones for added bling
8. Ink gingerbread house to desired color, add pattern paper for curtains and door.
9. Using white puffy paint trace around entire image for an icing effect.
10. Using circle punches punch two circles, adhere hearts and letter stickers to spell with
11. Using Learning Curve cut shadow and regular font at 2 inches to spell MADE LOVE
12. Ink all edges, run through cuttle bug using sizzix plaid folder. Adhere with foam tape.
I will be using this layout for pictures of doing our gingerbread house this year! This will be our first year making one as a family! I love family traditions! Now hop on to AMY and enjoy the holiday blog hop!
