30 days of Thankfulness: November 7th
Today my blessing is a strange one. I am so thankful for swift and knowledgeable emergency personnel. My culdesac was full of excitement last night as two ambulances and a fire truck came screaming and flashing into it. Apparently something happened with our newer neighbors. They were all here for about an hour. Although the sirens/lights woke my house up and Caitlyn did NOT go back to sleep (this was at 245 am) I am so happy that there are still people in the world with the calling to help others in need. I am pretty sure all is well since they left without lights or sirens but I am not sure. So what are you thankful for today?

I agree with you on this one. My youngest is a police officer, always say we can't thank them enough. They run in when we are trying to get out!
ReplyDeleteThanks for posting my GIVEAWAY. you are such a sweetheart
Wow, scary! We had a fire in our apartment complex a couple of weeks ago. That was scary too. They took 4 people to the hospital, but I think they were all treated and released. I have no idea how badly burned the building is, since I haven't driven past it yet. But no one is talking about it, so it must not be too bad. I agree with you about first responders. They deserva a medal!
ReplyDeleteI am thankful that I live in a safe and wonderful neighborhood and that I have a Dr. right next store if I was ever to need one in a emergency.
