Jonathan had a co worker who celebrated a birthday this past week. He told her he would bake her a cake, since she loves his cakes (like everyone else!). It is a chocolate fudge, with homemade chocolate butter cream icing with a homemade ganash(spelling?)! It smelled super yummy! I hope she liked it!

Yes Melissa he bakes up WONDERFUL things all the time! He does fondant work, buttercream work, roses, bows ETC ETc! He does all our celebration cakes!
