Well even though we did not sell our house (buyers were INSANE!); our realtor was awesome. We love her and she is going to get us in touch with a rental company/person so that we can rent it out or rent to buy. She was the Realtor that we went with when we bought the house and she is so much like me, sweet but to your face if need be. So I wanted to send her something as a little thank you for trying! This is what I came up with. I am hoping it looks classy and not cheap. What do you think?
